SHIPPING & RETURNS

Processing Time:


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate, estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for $10, estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Locations:


Currently, we ship within the United States only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to check the status of your delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please email us at [insert email sarmprester@nbcuties.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s), and we will resolve the issue promptly.

 

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to our team, and we’ll make it right.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Natural Beauty Cuties, we prioritize the health, safety, and satisfaction of our customers. Due to the natural and sanitary nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unopened Products Only: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  3. Please ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
